In this class, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the three stages of labor and delivery, learn effective pain management techniques like movement and relaxation, master calming breathing exercises to help you ride the waves of contractions, discover how your partner can provide physical and emotional support as a team, and explore the emotional and spiritual dimensions of birth to help you release fear, trust your body, and connect with the sacred journey of bringing new life into the world with faith in Allah's ﷻ perfect design.
